I really like this shot, and am very curious as to how much that suit cost him. I myself am the proud owner of a vintage 1930s gas mask, procured off of Ebay; an artist friend shot several very striking pictures of me in this rather grotesque and otherworldly get-up, one of which hangs here in my cubicle. (A few others were passed on to my appalled family.)

i think that would be the perfect christmas present for bush, to wear the next time he parachutes onto an aircraft carrier.

If only it was mine, it was in a museum and I only tried it on for a short time... I have had a number of gasmasks over the years but they seem to come and go - just now I just have a fireman's one from the 70s I think.
