Wow, I love the overtones of an impressionist painting the raindrops give. Great photo!

Too cool. You have to stop photographing wrinkly politicians and do more of this. It's like a postcard.

You raise a point. Those photos of politicians are good but lets face it, they're ego driven criminals dreaming of their next swindle, every one of them. Who wants to see their faces, unless its on a WANTED poster?
This, however, is art. See an image like this, you might remember it for the rest of your life. Lindsay's politics may be monochrome, but her photography is maybe as good as I've ever seen.

Ain’t nothing wrong with capturing images of wrinkly old creepy men. Some of the best have used that subject very effectively.

I realized suddenly the rain drops are in an arc, and there was a shadow on the right sort of like a car windshield meeting the door frame bar. That said this is a nice series about color and lines. The street decoration curling and curving lines almost suggest musical notation to me. So the fireworks give a sense of action/motion of thought in the local scene. The mind is thinking about layers of meaning rushing together in the visual, though the shots are still photographs. Finally a waterfall cliff on the left seems to shower the sky with spots of color and light. Sweet.
