Nothing really to add to what Mr. Bukovsky has to say except that BushCo. and their foul enablers don’t have the imagination to understand what torture will do to the US, and never will have, until they have done some nostril-dining themselves in the ”restraint chairs” we have sent to Guantanamo for the purpose.

The restraint chair: the page comfortingly says:

It's like a padded cell "on wheels"

Back to the usage thing with the quotes again.
