When traveling to China, I thought of your Chinese spam. Here it was, there it went.

With its immense number of characters, one might think Chinese ( or Japanese ) spam on a Chinese or Japanese site would be especially difficult to root out.

But one would think that typepad or the others could easily program their filters to block -any- Chinese characters from appearing here, as you ( I think ) do not speak the language? The default here should be that any Chinese characters are spam. The fleeting appearance of those Chinese comments yesterday are evidence of a spam filter that has not been thought out by typepad.
