My wife went to the polls here in Cuyahoga county this morning. (I already voted by mail.) She said there were no lines and everything went smoothly. The Cleveland area has the worst of all possible weather, mixed rain and freezing rain, which might keep voters away. The radio is reporting that voting is light and that there has already been some bureaucratic screw ups and poling places. Poll workers were instructing people to remove a tag from their ballot which said clearly "do not remove this tag or your vote will not count"

I voted twice, once in the primary, once in the caucus, for Mr Obama. The lines were very long and the local Party every bit as disorganized as you'd expect. And an African-American co-worker of mine (on the other side of town) was barred from voting because the rolls falsely identified her as an ex-felon.
